Gorgeous orange spinel with a strong red modifier. Vivid saturation here ! medium to mediumDark Tone. Rare. The saturation is really strong here. 1.30ct certified. Under a bright light like LED or sun, it is also a small bomb of fire, flashes ! Wow. Clarity is - SI - small included. There are also inclusions here visible face up with eyes inside the crystal. All these inclusions react with light and give a lot of flashes ‘ it almost feels like all these inclusions are drowned in the fires of this crystal. Depends from witch angles you see it.
The cushion cut here is excellent. Very good symmetry, beautiful table and crown, well proportioned, thin girdle, straight and step paviilon, centered culet .. in short, Top cut. There is no window !! The reflection of light is almost full ! However, inclusions are obstacles and prevent light to be 100% correctly reflected. No window from the cut but because of all these inclusions, not 100% reflected light back. At the same time, again, all these react with light and help to make a full fiery cristal !
Good and bad thing same time.
