Return:
When you buy from us you get 14 Days return and refund after receiving the Item.
You just have to pay for the return of the Item.
No additions Fees and Charges.
FULL REFUND will be made on the winning price.

Shipping:
Usually, we ship the item within 2 working days after the purchase.
All the import customs fees and duties in the delivery country are the responsibility to the buyer.
We can offer two ways of shipping:
1. Normal Registered Mail with Reverse Delivery Note with a Signature upon delivery. Delivery within 15-30 working days for International Deliveries. Tracking number will be provided.
2. Expedited Shipping with a courier. Delivery within 3-7 working days. Tracking number will be provided as well.

You can combine Winning Items in one package within 7 days from the first winning Item to save shipping cost. Please do not make immediate payment on the item if you want to combine 2 or more Gemstones. Single payments paid with shipping fee will be shipped immediately.
