Mahenge has become a buzzword in the world of gemstones ever since the 2007 discovery of neon pink spinels in Mahenge, Tanzania. Unfortunately, Mahenge has not been producing the same amount or quality of neon pinkish red spinels for at least the past four years. However, a new and exciting gemstone has started to come out of the region and first appeared on the market during the 2016 Tucson gem shows. This new gemstone is being called Mahenge garnet. These new garnets appear to come in a variety of different colors; ranging from a peachy-pink color to a deeper reddish-pink with purple and orange tones. In addition to their pleasing colors, the Mahenge garnets also appear to be very clean and dispersive.
Whatever the reason may be, Mahenge garnets are certainly not having the same experience. Prices on all colors of Mahenge garnet are still relatively low, in the 350-400 dollar per carat range, and prices sharply increase over the three carat mark.

Argemsjewelry shipped item to wrong address and zip code, I did not receive item, then have to go through a long refund process. I would save myself time and not buy from this seller again.

Why are users outbidding themselves?
When a bid is placed, this is the maximum amount a user is willing to bid for the product. Our system will then automatically bid on that users behalf, incrementally increasing the bid to maintain their position as the highest bidder, up to the specified maximum.
When there is an icon indicating 'Auto Bid,' it means our system is actively placing bids for the user based on their maximum bid. This may appear as if users are outbidding themselves, but it's simply a result of the system updating the bid to reflect the users maximum limit.
