Natural Rare Untreated Colour Change Sapphire Gemstone.
0.56 Carat unheated sapphire with a rare colour change effect. Changing colour depending on the light its viewed in. Very rare for natural gemstones, especially sapphires.
Changes colour from a deep purple in white daylight to a purple purple in incandescent or artificial light. Very rare and stunning to see.
This sapphire has excellent clarity, a very clean stone. Only small inclusions on visible with a loupe, VS.
It also has a very good oval cut and polish to show great shine and colour, would look lovely in a piece of high end jewellery.
Measures 5 x 3.9 x 3.1mm.

I took the stone to GIA for review. It turns out it's not Australian Sapphire. it's from Thailand the origin. The color's a darker blue compare to photos.
