Green Onyx is a cryptocrystalline formation of Chalcedony and Quartz, primarily found in Brazil, India, Madagascar, Mexico, Peru, and the USA, with a rich, deep green color and a hardness of 6.5-7, distinguishing it from Emerald and Jade.
