In the gem trade, Sapphire without any color prefix refers to the blue variety of the mineral Corundum. NeutralUV light SW and LW test showed no fluorescent . Microscope test showed fissures filled possibly w-glass resulting in orangish pink color on the half side of the stone. AIG reported HT inaccurately avoiding to state this gem was heavily infiltrated.
