Returned items must be 100% complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing materials, accessories and documentation provided by TC Jewels. Once we receive the item TC Jewels has 2 days to examine the item to make sure it is in the original condition as shipped and then will issue a refund. The customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items. We strongly recommend that you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection. If you are returning a stone you are required to take out insurance on the package. AS of October 1, 2019 Paypal will no longer refund the fees charged by their site.
