1.90CT Natural Aquamarine stone From Brazil
Weight:(1.90)CT
Stone:(Aquamarine)
Origin:(Brazil)
Brazilian aquamarine is one of the most highly regarded varieties of aquamarine, prized for its exceptional clarity, vibrant color, and size. Aquamarine is a blue to blue-green variety of the mineral beryl, the same family that includes emerald, and is known for its soothing, tranquil appearance, which is reminiscent of the sea.
Here are some important details about Brazilian aquamarine:
1. Origin
Brazil is one of the world's leading sources of high-quality aquamarine, particularly from the state of Minas Gerais and other regions like Espírito Santo. The country produces some of the largest and most prized aquamarine crystals, which are often cut into large gemstones.
2. Color
Aquamarine gets its stunning color from the presence of iron in its crystal structure. Brazilian aquamarines are known for their vibrant, clear blue hues, often with a hint of green. The most highly prized color is a deep, rich blue, with lighter tones often referred to as "sky blue" or "seafoam blue."
3. Clarity
Brazilian aquamarines are prized for their clarity. They often feature fewer inclusions compared to aquamarines from other regions, which makes them ideal for high-quality gemstones used in jewelry. The stones typically have exceptional transparency and sparkle, making them highly sought after by collectors and jewelers.
4. Size and Shape
Brazilian aquamarine crystals are typically large and can yield stones of impressive size. Due to their clarity and size, these stones are often cut into a variety of shapes, including oval, emerald cut, and cushion cut, to maximize their brilliance.
5. Healing Properties and Symbolism
Aquamarine is considered a stone of peace and tranquility. It's believed to calm the mind and body, reducing stress and promoting emotional healing. It has long been associated with water, and sailors once carried it for protection and good fortune on long voyages. The stone is also linked to the Throat Chakra, believed to enhance communication and self-expression.
6. Durability
Aquamarine is relatively hard, with a Mohs hardness of 7.5 to 8, making it durable enough for use in all types of jewelry, including rings, necklaces, and earrings. However, it should still be protected from scratches or sharp blows, as it can be prone to breaking if struck with force due to its natural crystal structure.
7. Value
The value of Brazilian aquamarine depends on factors like size, color, clarity, and cut. The deeper and more vivid the blue, the more valuable the stone. However, even lighter-colored aquamarines from Brazil can command high prices, particularly when they have exceptional clarity.
Brazilian aquamarine is highly coveted for its natural beauty and is a popular gemstone for fine jewelry, especially engagement rings, necklaces, and other statement pieces.

Why are users outbidding themselves?
When a bid is placed, this is the maximum amount a person is willing to bid for the product. Our system will then automatically bid on behalf of the bidder, incrementally increasing the bid up to the maximum to maintain their position as the highest bidder.
When there is an icon indicating 'Automatic Bid', it means our system is actively placing bids for the bidder based on their maximum bid. This may appear as if bidders are outbidding themselves, but it's simply a result of the system updating the bid to reflect the bidders maximum limit.
