2:1 WE ONLY USING DHL COURIER SERVICE. All shipping by DHL Courier is more secure and reliable because all items sold mainly gemstone and jewelry category.
2:2 PARCEL LOST: We will only refund accordingly to DHL compensation paid. Will provide proof letter from DHL regarding amount of compensation.
2:3 Buyer pays the responsible to track and trace parcel by own responsibility. Will provide tracking number at both Paypal and website once item was shipped.
