Introducing the Natural Sapphires

Diffused sapphire is a genuine natural sapphire. Some colorless sapphires can be heated with titanium, as the blue color in sapphires originates from titanium and iron bonds. Heating with titanium forms new bonds, creating a color depth of about 100 microns.

This gemstone belongs to the corundum family and owes its striking hue to trace amounts of iron and titanium.
