1:1 REFUND POLICY - All wins have a 7 DAYS period AFTER RECEIVED on RETURN FOR REFUND or RETURN FOR EXCHANGE if the buyers does not 100% satisfied with their purchase. Please request returning details from seller and RETURN your purchase within 7 DAYS after received.

1.2 The refund amount to the buyers does not include the cost of the item being posted/returned to the seller.

2:2 PARCEL LOST: We will only refund accordingly to DHL compensation paid. Will provide proof letter from DHL regarding amount of compensation.

2:3 Buyer pays the responsible to track and trace parcel by own responsibility. Will provide tracking number at both PayPal and website once item been shipped.

2:4 Buyer need to responsible for own country Custom Tax if applicable. ESPECIALLY EUROPE BUYERS, PLEASE BEWARE OF YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR YOUR COUNTRY VAT FOR IMPORT.

2:5 We do not responsible on parcel delayed due to randomly pick by custom for checking.

2:6 Buyer have to top up additional ship charge of $20 on shipping address that are out of DHL normal charges area.

2:7 BUYERS PAY FULL RESPONSIBLE ON NORMAL REGISTERED PARCEL. Example: Parcel Lost, Parcel Damage and Parcel Delayed.

2:8 Our responsibility only is pack and ship all registered parcels to local postal company, which we can track parcels only at final domestic post destination from our country.
