The word 'gem' gets thrown around a lot with no true application but I can safely say that this is a gem in every sense of the word. This 5.87ct EYE CLEAN, GIA certified Alexandrite is a collector's dream. Not only that, it is a top investment stone. There are many 5ct Alexandrites around, but not this well cut and not this clean. The luster from this stone is unbelievable and no picture or video can do it justice thanks to a brilliant cut that gives it depth and a wonderful glow that accents it's mellow green base color.
