A wonderful example of well formed dark green Epidote crystals along with Andradite garnets. Specimen is very interesting under magnification. Although crystals are visible to the naked eye, specimen requires magnification (loupe) in order to enjoy the structures and colors. The locality is hardly known to the mineral world and hardly any of this material from this locality is available on the market which makes it a rare specimen (google search). A wonderful example of Epidote and Andradite from northern Greece. Will be a nice addition to any rock and mineral collection.
