Note: We Ship Within 1 business day of receiving the payment. All items are securely packed and sealed. We will send you the tracking number as soon as the item(s) is shipped. We are not responsible for any delays due to customs clearance or unforeseen delays by the shipping companies. Currently, delivery times may be impacted by Covid-19 restrictions.

If you are not satisfied, you may notify us and ship us back the gemstone(s) within the 7 day inspection period, with a proof of shipment. Once received by us, we guarantee a full refund of the price paid for the gemstone(s). Please note that the buyer is also responsible for return shipping expenses.

Shipped incredibly fast but the stone is significantly darker than the pictures shown, almost brown. I have no idea how they got this thing certified as a Padparadscha Sapphire, it's 100% not. You guys have to do better.
