The certificate fee will be charged to the buyer depending on the lab without any mark up on top.

You may buy or bid on Multiple items. Combine As many items as you want during the 5 days period and pay one time for all the purchased items. If you are a new customer to our auctions, kindly drop a message of your intent to combine shipment.

1. Standard Shipping : The Carrier for Standard shipping is chosen by us, depending on the country of the customer.

 For Example to name a few:
i) For USA, Canada: via USPS US$9.99, 14-28 business days. Trackable USPS.com 
iI) For Australia, Europe, Japan Singapore: Thailand Post. US$9.99 via first-class registered airmail, 14-28 business days.Trackable Thailand Post website.

2. Federal Express, US$34.99, 3-5 days, trackable on FeDex website.

Note: We Ship Within 1 business day of receiving the payment. All items are securely packed and sealed. We will send you the tracking number as soon as the item(s) is shipped. We are not responsible for any delays due to customs clearance or unforeseen delays by the shipping companies. Currently, delivery times may be impacted by Covid-19 restrictions.


 IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES
We do not have any control over duties and taxes in the buyers respective country. Therefore, any import duties, other duties and taxes if any are the responsibility of the buyer.

7-DAY RETURN POLICY
We offer a 7 day inspection period (on arrival) for all of our gemstones. If you are not satisfied, you may notify us and ship us back the gemstone(s) within the 7 day inspection period, with a proof of shipment. Once received by us, we guarantee a full refund of the price paid for the gemstone(s). Please note that the buyer is also responsible for return shipping expenses.
