- OPTION 3: FedEx (Express Shipping) $58.75 for shipping via FedEx. FedEx requires a signature on delivery. Estimated delivery time, 5 business days. Track your order online with FedEx. NOTE: Any duties, taxes and custom fees incurred are the responsibility of the buyer. All delivery times are estimates given by the mail service provider. We are not responsible for delayed delivery times due to customs clearance or unforeseen delays by the relevant postal services. All items will be securely wrapped and sealed.
RETURN POLICY
The Gem Portal offers a 7 day inspection period (on arrival) for all of our gemstones. We guarantee a full refund of the price of the gemstone(s) purchased during this 7 day inspection period. Please note that the buyer is responsible for return shipping expenses. The buyer will be refunded once we have received the item(s) to be returned.
