Where ever possible gemstones are photographed under natural daylight with a neutral background. Photos of gemstones are of the original gem for sale. NO STOCK PHOTOS. Photographing gemstones is extremely difficult in duplicating the exact color and details

We try to do our utmost to obtain the most precise results. Please be aware that different monitors may be set to different resolutions or colors may show up slightly differently from monitor to monitor.

COMBINE SHIPPING

Save money on shipping by combining purchases. Combine shipping for up to 5 items purchased within 10 days, of the first purchase for No Reserve Auction. A $2 per item shall apply for each item thereafter within the same time frame. At the time the first item is purchased, please notify us that you wish to combine shipping.

Any extra shipping paid when combining items will be refunded. You only pay for one shipping charge.

SHIPPING

We ship to most countries and only to a Pay Pal confirmed address. If you have any doubts please contact us for confirmation prior to bidding.

Our standard shipping is via Registered Post with a tracking number. Registered Post takes longer than regular post. The average delivery time is 14-21 working days.

All items shipped from Athens Greece.

INSURANCE

Although insurance is optional it is recommended. Parcels are sent via registered post requiring a signature and tracking number. If you request a different form of sending that does not require tracking and signature, the insurance will not apply even if it is paid for.

There is always a small risk when sending parcels that they may get lost or the contents damaged, in the event that you opt out of paying insurance you acknowledge and assume all risks whatever they may entail.

In the event you do include insurance, the insurance covers the cost of the items purchased. It does not cover the cost of posting or the insurance cost.

If an item purchased can be replaced with the same or similar then the insurance will cover this option. If the item can not be replaced then a refund will be made only after all other options have been exhausted.

BIDDERS/BUYERS

Due to the increased percentage of nonpayers, this costs time and money.

If you have had Neutral or Negative feedback from a seller in the past 4 months due to nonpayment please contact us prior to bidding. In the event you do not your bid or purchase will be canceled.

We accept Pay Pal only.

PAYMENT WITHIN 3 DAYS OF PURCHASE. Out of courtesy if you need more than 3 days to make a payment please let us know we are more than happy to accommodate.

CUSTOMS

All matters relating to the importation of our products are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. This includes any Import Duties, Sales Tax, customs fees, etc

RETURNS and REFUNDS

In the event our item is grossly misrepresented in the description, you are entitled to a 100% refund.

In the unlikely event, the item does not arrive or arrives damaged, and you have taken out insurance then you are entitled to a full refund of the damaged item(s) value.

If you are unsatisfied and wish to return the item you must notify us and return the item within 14 days of receiving the item. Once you notify us that you wish to return the item we will send further instructions.

Item must be returned along with all original packaging sent with a tracking number so that you can track that I have received it.

The buyer will pay for return shipping, once the item is received and nothing is missing the refund will be made through PayPal ONLY, with less shipping.
