14k gold star pendant with orange-red sapphire and diamonds. Certified.

Gemstones:
Sapphires: oval shape, orange red color, transparent with inclusions, 0.45 ct
Diamonds: round brilliant shape, 4 pieces - 0.01 ct each - 0.04 total, VS-Si clarity, F/G colors.
- It could be done in white, yellow or rose 14ct gold
- Color, size and type of the stones could be changed
• Item goes with certificate.
