RARE "FLOWER" QUARTZ

This is a rare form of Pyrophyllite inclusions in quartz which make a stunning dispaly like a flower. I bought this stone at the Tucson gem show and most of the Brazil dealers had never seen it before. The miner has kept the location secret and says production is very limited so i bought all that he had.This stone is a top collectors item.

Pyrophyllite is a phyllosilicate mineral composed of aluminium silicate hydroxide . It occurs in two more or less distinct varieties, namely, as crystalline folia and as compact masses; distinct crystals are not known.
