• In some case, customs send me the package back. I can refund you 100% WITHOUT the shipping tax naturally.. (your fault !)
  

• On other case, customs can definitively destroy your package and after this, refunding is no more possible ! (Normal..)

• You have 2 weeks (including week-end) after you have take your package( date of delivery via tracking number is THE evidence we always use) to return it for any reason you have. No problem.
