We make a LOT of shipments with them and have special prices. 2. We pay for part of the shipping to ease the cost on buyers and provide a first class shipping service.
***RETURNS***
We describe items and any flaws they might have as accurately as possible through description, photographs/video. Please observe them carefully. Returns accepted when: 1. item has physical imperfections not mentioned in description or depicted in photos and/or video. 2. wrong item delivered. 3. laboratory results conflict with specified item description. Returns NOT accepted when: 1. client changes their mind. 2. requesting return due to a described flaw or imperfection detailed in the description, photographs/video. 3. requesting return based on opinion without sufficient proof.
All items are packed to survive the roughest journey. We DO NOT accept returns if the item has been damaged in any way, including damage from re-cutting or setting and anything that alters it’s weight or appearance from the state it was originally shipped in.
