GR 3 This is an Australian deep blue sapphire we at oftheearthgems faceted at our lapidary. We bought the stone along with others in a parcel from a miner on the QLD gem fields. This is defiantly a outdoor stone and my attempts to photo it indoors at night has greatly belittled its beauty but I wanted to get it on the Gem Rock auction site now rather than wait for a clear day when I'm not trying to do the other thousand jobs that need doing during the day. It is a magnificent stone. I have had it evaluated at the gemologist and she calculated the retail price at $ 1000 Aust {$797 U S } our price to you is $400 US. I have included photos of the evaluation certificate so you can check the professional details for yourselves!
