1. Buyer can combine as many items as possible within 24 hours start from the first purchase, and we will not charge additional shipping surcharge for additional item.
2. Buyer pay only single shipping fee and free to combine additional item.

1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL - NO REFUNDS, we accept only return to exchange.

Returned items must be 100% complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing materials with original condition.
Buyer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items.

1. WE RECOMMEND ONLY USING DHL COURIER SERVICE. All shipping by DHL Courier is more secure and reliable because all items sold mainly gemstone and jewelry category.

2. BUYER PAY FULL RESPONSIBLE FOR NORMAL REGISTERED PARCEL LOST. We will not responsible for all registered parcels processing issue, time period and parcel lost.

3. We responsible only to pack and ship all registered parcels to local postal company, which we can track parcels only at final domestic post destination from our country. As soon as parcel left out our domestic postal destination, buyer responsible for ALL further delivery due to buyer choose own shipping method, which buyer pays the responsibility to track and trace the registered parcel by own responsibility.

4. We will not responsible for all registered parcel lost or registered parcel damage due to we DO NOT recommend normal registered mail for gemstone shipping.

5. Buyer need to responsible for own country Custom Tax if applicable.
