Shipping Policy: Orders are processed and shipped via USPS (tracking number will be provided) within 2-3 business days after the invoice is paid. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Customers within the USA will typically receive their order within 3 days of shipment. Customers outside of the USA will receive their order within 7-21 days. Due to the current state of the world, shipping may take longer at times. Please note that we cannot ship to PO boxes, as USPS does not allow this.

You will receive a shipment confirmation containing your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Taxes:

Gem Gala is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Gem Gala is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. Once we ship the item, the buyer is responsible for the package and delivery. We highly recommend purchasing postal insurance. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. If you purchase postal insurance and your package is lost or arrives damaged, it is the buyer's responsibility to file a claim with the postal service. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

As per Gemrockauctions policy, buyers have a 7 day period to return items if they are not 100% satisfied. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of items if you wish to initiate a return. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued in full (less return shipping cost) once the product is returned to us and inspected. Returned items must arrive to us in the exact same condition they were in when you received them. Items are described to the best of our ability. Photos/videos provided are a part of the item description. Please read the entire description and see photos/videos before bidding on or purchasing an item. If you receive the wrong items (of which you did NOT order), please send us a message and we will make it right. Please include your order number and a description of the incorrect item. We may ask for photos of the item you received.
