Combine Shipping : 6$ for 1 item / 12$ for 2 or more items (upto 10 items Purchased within 7 Days)              International Delivery - Registered Air Mail within 20- 30 days. We will not be responsible for the merchandise lost in the mail unless you have Shipping Insurance. DHL Delivery will be effective within 2 - 5 business days depending on the area you live in. DHL will not ship to P.O. Box Address. $40.00 USD for the United States.

HASSLE FREE RETURN POLICY : As always, your satisfaction is our utmost concern, and our return policy allows you to return or exchange any or all of your purchased items, for any reason, within 14 days of purchase, and receive a full refund. Although we are confident in the quality and value of our merchandise, we urge you to inspect and check your purchased items upon delivery.

To return your product, you must first contact us within 3 days and let us know of your intentions in order to qualify for a refund. Next, simply take the product, in its original packaging and send it back to us. You will be reimbursed for shipping costs only if Best Brilliance made a shipping error or if the product was defective when shipped from Best Brilliance’ offices.Receiving a refund on purchased items:The returned product must be received back in our offices within 14 days from date of purchase. If your product is returned within this period, we will refund your product purchase price. PayPal and Wire Transfer transactions will be refunded to the account used for the initial transaction.
