Auction and Purchase Terms

Auction Winners: We'll notify the winning bidder via email within 24 hours. Payment is due within 3 days of auction close.

Non-Auction Purchases: We'll notify the Buyer via email within 24 hours of accepted offer. Payment is due immediately.

Shipping: We'll ship within 3 working days of payment receipt via trackable standard shipping. Please ensure the address is accurate and deliverable, as we cannot be responsible for incorrect or undeliverable addresses.

Customs and Import Taxes: Buyers are responsible for customs and import taxes. We ship securely with tracking but can't be held responsible for customs delays.

Satisfaction Guarantee and Return Policy

We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of parcel delivered date. To return an item, contact us via email first. Include all original paperwork and insured the parcel for its full value. We'll inspect and process a refund within 3 working days if approved. Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable and buyers are responsible for return shipping.
