Natural Rare Untreated Colour Change Sapphire Gemstone.

0.56 Carat unheated sapphire with a rare colour change effect. Changing colour depending on the light its viewed in. Very rare for natural gemstones, especially sapphires.

Changes colour from a deep purple in white daylight to a purplish pink in incandescent or artificial light. Very rare and stunning to see.

This sapphire has excellent clarity, a very clean stone. Only small inclusions on visible with a loupe, VS.

Untreated and unheated, very rare for natural sapphires.

It also has a very good oval cut and polish to show great shine and colour, would look lovely in a piece of high end jewellery.

Measures 4.7 x 4.7 x 3mm.
