This Impressive multi-garnet chunk consists of transparent hessonite, demantoid, and admantine garnets. This was a sweet find in The Sierra Nevada Mountains of Northern California. I cleaned only with running water and toothbrush so it's in an all natural state. The transparent cubic crystals are dark brown, light brown, and green and seem to be throughout. It's solid weighing 338.7 grams (1693 carats). It is magnetic and has a colorless streak. Would be a nice addition to anyone's collection! Thank you so much for looking.
