We offer FREE standard shipping for all orders by Express Mail Service (EMS), the fastest postal shipping method.

Yes, we’ll add the tracking information to the order on Gem Rock Auctions once it’s shipped. We’ll also send you an email and a message on Gem Rock Auctions with detailed tracking information.

Will I have to pay any customs duty, import tax, or VAT on the shipment you send?

The import of loose diamonds into the US is duty-free, so no customs duty, import tax, or VAT is applicable when importing into the US.

For buyers outside the US, please contact us to get more information about customs duties, import taxes, or VAT in your country.

Returns

What is your return policy?

We offer “30-day returns” on all purchases made from our store. After receiving any purchased item, if you would like to return it for any reason, you can send it back for a refund anytime within 30 days from the delivery date.

Who is responsible for the two-way shipping costs?

We pay the shipping costs both ways. In the event of a return, we either give you a return shipping label or reimburse you for the return shipping costs (as per the actuals).

Will I receive a full refund?

We will issue a full refund without any deductions for PayPal or bank transfer payments. For Escrow.com or credit/debit card payments, the payment processing fees incurred by us will be deducted from the refund as per actuals (typically ranging between 2% to 4.90% of the payment amount).

How to return an item?

What is the time frame to receive a refund?

All refunds are processed within 1-3 business days after receiving the item back in its original condition, along with its accompanying gemological reports (if any). We will refund the payment back to the original mode of payment.
