Ruby gemstones are a form of carborundum and these natural gemstones always have some internal flaws. This is a beautiful example of Ruby at a moderate price. Color is a very desirable bright red. Clarity is listed as MI-2. The 2.01ct ruby is emerald cut measuring 7.24 x 5.73 x 3.65. The setting is platinum with gold prongs. Size is 4.5 Total weight is 6.88gms. Approx. .04ct of diamonds.
Included with this ring is an appraisal from Gemological Appraisal Laboratory of America. Retail appraisal is at $ 29,500.
