In the gem trade, Sapphire without any color prefix refers to the blue variety of the mineral Corundum. PositivI have received this stone here on Oahu, Hawaii, 96825. Color is just slightly lighter than shown in video and photo, and there is very small tiny inclusion so it is more vs according to my standard than vvs but still a decent sapphire.
