- OPTION 3: FedEx (Express Shipping) $58.75 for shipping via FedEx. FedEx requires a signature on delivery. Estimated delivery time, 5 business days. Track your order online with FedEx. NOTE: Any duties, taxes and custom fees incurred are the responsibility of the buyer. All delivery times are estimates given by the mail service provider. RETURN POLICY
The Gem Portal offers a 7 day inspection period (on arrival) for all of our gemstones. We guarantee a full refund of the price of the gemstone(s) purchased during this 7 day inspection period. Please note that the buyer is responsible for return shipping expenses. The buyer will be refunded once we have received the item(s) to be returned.
