* All stones for sale are being professionally examined with gemological equipment, and identified as described.
*the stones you will receive are the exact stones you see in the pictures.
*all photos are being taken under Natural Daylight \ equivalent, to achieve natural look,close as possible. no photoshop\filters/ or any color \clarity enhancements.
My Clarity Chart:
VVS eye clean-loup clean
VVS-VS eye clean (inclusions may be noticeable under X10 )
VS minor inclusions (somewhat eye visible to a trained eye)
SI visible inclusions
I Prominent inclusions (Moderate-Severe effect on appearance &\or durability)
My Facet Rough Clarity Chart:
for Rough Stones- The color & clarity grades are being estimated and represent the average grade of finished gems (that one would expect to cut out from the rough crystals which are for sale,)
with a fair recovery at that clarity&color.
e.g if a parcel is estimated to be a VVS Clarity, it means that each crystal in that parcel has the potential to cut at least a single stone with 20-30% yield ,at that clarity, in some form\shape.
*,if the crystals are mostly included but have some small tiny parts which are Eye clean- grade will be lower ,Obviously.
*in between Grades -
e.g VVS-VS means that some of the crystals in that parcel are estimate as VVS and some as VS.
regardless, keep in mind that final result, may vary based on other factors, such as the crystal type, shape, the cutter decisions, and abilities.
VVS - should cut eye clean gems at a fair yield *Inclusions are Noticeable-very difficult to see under X10.
VS- will cut almost eye clean ,with minor eye visible inclusions ,at a fair yield .
*usually eye clean parts can be extracted .but at the cost of some wasted material.
SI -Will cut with slightly-Moderately eye visible inclusions *small eye clean parts may still be extracted ,sometimes.
I -Will cut with eye visible inclusions that are very easy to see,with Moderate-Severe effect on appearance or durability. these stones usually can still be Facet but may be better to "Cab" at most cases.
