This beautiful natural apatite is an amazing shade of teal with equal amounts of blue and green creating an incredible rich tone comparable to only the best paraiba tourmaline but without the huge price tag. The piece is totally eye clean though has some fine needles visible when viewed with a loupe.This piece was purchased as unheated but has most likely at least undergone low temperature heating.
