This is a well polished and carved replica of a sharks tooth.This carving is polished and carved on both sides.The opal was mined in Lightning Ridge Australia.Sharks teeth have been found on the opal fields here as it was a inland sea but they are very rare and sell for thousands.This will make a interesting pendant piece if set in jewellery.
