RUTILE ON HEMATITE
This is a intersting small specimen i picked up on my last trip to Bahia Brazil.
Size 15 x 12 x 5 mm app
Weight 7.92 cts app
This is a lovely miniature sized specimen of golden Rutile crystals on shiny silver Hematite. The Rutile occurs as golden yellow hair-like crystals with a metallic luster radiating out from and between plates of mirror-like silver Hematite.
