Hue was purple not red, tone was way darker and Saturation way lower than anticipated from pictures and videos

The stone has many defects visible to the naked eye. A crack even reaches the surface and creates an irregularity. Not at all the quality announced.

I have received this stone in hawaii, 96825, color is nowhere near the video, light yellow in good light and near colorless otherwise, i would not call this imperial topaz. Return it back to seller in Thailand, still waiting for refund.
