Shipping Policy Currently We ONLY Ship to the United States! West Coast Gemstones will not ship any item without full insurance and signature required delivery. At this time we only ship to the United States. Any item shipped back to West Coast Gemstones without insurance negates any further obligation of West Coast Gemstones. Tracking information is available per request. West Coast Gemstones will process your shipment 3-4 business days after payment has been made. This time period is critical to avoid fraudulent account purchases. Any additional shipping charges will be discussed with the client before shipment is made and is to be covered by the client. Expedited shipping is available through FedEx or UPS and those charges are the full responsibility of the client. Return Policy We know that color settings and screen resolutions are different per device and that no sale is final until you have a chance to view the gemstone with your own eyes. If a return is needed, please include all paperwork and packaging, insure the package with the same value as originally shipped, and make sure to add signature required. The client is responsible for shipping and insurance charges on returned items. Once we receive the item(s), West Coast Gemstones has 2 business days to examine the item(s) to make sure it is in the original condition as shipped and then will issue a refund (minus shipping cost). Due to PayPal changing their fees, all return items will be refunded minus the PayPal transaction fee. Clients have 7 days from the date of receipt to initiate the return process.
