Deep Blue Sapphire In IGI Blister.
0.67 Carat with a very good oval cut and clarity a clean stone with only some small natural inclusions visible when looking closely.
Fully certified and sealed by IGI in Antwerp.
Totally untreated and unheated, very rare for natural sapphires.
Some photo angles show lines across the stone, this is simply the reflection from the blister seal.

NeutralI took the stone to GIA for review. It turns out it's not Australian Sapphire. it's from Thailand the origin. The color's a darker blue compare to photos.
