The stone I recieved looks absolutely nothing like the photos or video. It has no shine or color shifting. It's extremely dull.

I had a very negative experience with this seller and had to get GRA's support team involved. They pushed the seller to resolve the issue, but I still have not recieved a refund. I will update this review at a later date.

instead of zircon i was sent a worthless quartz. I wrote to the seller several times but i did not receive serious attention but only useless answers
