What is the return policy if I’m not happy with my gemstone?
All sellers on our site offer a seven-day return policy when you buy gemstones or gemstone jewellery. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product for a refund. Items must be in original condition with all boxes, packaging and documentation.
